I've written a guide explaining almost everything you can do with a DS4, and why it's by far my favorite controller for the PC. ![]() If you need you analog stick to do something more complicated like emulate the mouse for camera movement, then you'll want to use Xpadder, and the other DS4 app (inputmapper) I've found has nicer stick > mouse emulation. For more basic games, the mapping in DS4Windows should be good enough on it's own, and you can use touchpad swipes to switch between xinput and whatever custom mappings you make, with custom LED colors so you know which is active, still maintaining access to touchpad mouse movement and all 3 clicks, as well as a whole set of other binds with a button like PS set as your shift modifier. ![]() Xpadder has worked fine for me, as it would with any other xinput or dinput controller.
